Returns & Refunds
We are happy to replace or refund any unwanted Item within 30 days from the date you received it. Because of hygene reasons we are unable to accept any items which have been opened, unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be issued to the card used for the payment. Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund to clear your account.
How do I return an unopened item?
We recommend you send back an Item via a tracked and signed-for service. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the Item.
How do I return a faulty Item?
We recommend you send back an Item via a tracked and signed-for service. If a fault is found we will replace or refund your item and refund the shipping cost up to £5.
What If I have received an Incorrect Item?
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect Item. Please contact us by email providing a photo of all incorrect Items. Once it is determined that you have received an incorrect Item we will issue a refund or a replacement.
